3. Fill out the new school questionnaire, credit application, and resale certificate. Then email, fax or mail it back to Television Education.
4. Our staff draws up a simple contract then sends it to you for review and signing. Once signed, you return the contract to Television Education.
5. You place your first order* with Television Education
   * We have a minimum $700 first order requirement.

Contractors Courses Description

We offer a full line of courses for all building trade classifications which include audio and video lectures by active construction professionals, instructional manuals, and practice exams. The courses are under constant scrutiny and revision by our highly skilled exam staff. Our courses are the most up-to-date and effective in the industry.

Our Law and Business Manual covers Contractors License Law, Mechanics' Lien Law and Labor Code explained in everyday language. It also features a chapter on Business Management which includes a sample balance sheet and income statement with explanations of accounting terms.

Each trade classification has a unique Trade Manual that reviews basic math and estimating formulas, Cal/OSHA regulations, and trade topics that are covered on the State exam. We are the only publisher that offers a manual for every single state trade exam.

Our video and audio lectures feature contractors, estimators, lawyers, business-management consultants, and other professionals who guide you through our manuals.

Our user-friendly practice tests are in the same multiple-choice format as the State exams. In addition, we provide updates covering the latest changes. Our answer sheets include full explanations and/or references.

We also offer the practice tests on computer disk (CD-Rom). Our software presents questions one at a time, automatically scores the exam, and lists each question answered incorrectly along with the correct answer.

Real Estate Courses Description

Our real estate exam prep courses are constantly updated and designed specifically for the California Real Estate Exams. They include subject outlines, State-formatted practice tests, exam practice software and over 7 hours of recorded instruction.

All real estate qualifying courses are approved by the Department of Real Estate and include a book and an in depth video review hosted by an active real estate professional. Final exams are offered on-line or through the mail. We will correct each student's course final exam, issue a course completion certificate, and maintain the required records.
