Real Estate Final Exam Instructions
THIS IS AN OPEN-BOOK EXAM. You may consult your textbook at any time during the exam.
You have 2.5 hours (150 minutes) to complete this 100 question, multiple choice exam. Most students find this to be ample time for completion, but it is wise to budget your time. All unanswered questions will be scored as wrong, so be sure to answer every question.
The exam will be presented to you with all 100 questions on a single page. Once you answer all 100 questions, click the "submit" button at the bottom of the page and your exam will be graded. ONCE YOU CLICK "SUBMIT" YOU WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO GO BACK TO CHANGE YOUR ANSWERS. Even if your browser allows you to return to previous questions, any changes you make will not be recorded. We recommend quickly double checking your answers before you "submit" them.
This exam will automatically end after 2.5 hours (150 minutes). Please be sure to pay attention to your time, and note the time which you started at. We advise using a stopwatch so that you may keep your own time. The minimum passing score is 60%, which means you may miss a total of 40 questions.
You will be notified if you passed the exam after you submit the page of questions. We will mail you your Certificate of Completion within a few business days. If you are under a time constraint, please contact us so that we may email, or fax you your Certificate of Completion.
