Q: How do I request my final exam?
A: You may fill out the final exam request form located with your course paperwork and then fax it or mail it to our office. Alternatively, you may request your final by email. Be sure to include your name, student ID number and the final exam that you wish to take.
Q: Why did I receive a notice saying I am not eligible to take the final exam yet instead of my final exam information?
A: The Department of Real Esate requires that students wait 18 days per course. If you have not been enrolled for more that 18 days, you will receive a notice acknowledging your request. Another email will be sent to you with the login information once you have completed the 18 day per course time requirement.
Q: What do I do if I do not receive an email from your office within 3 days after requesting my online final exam?
A: Please make sure that you have been enrolled for more than 18 days and check your email a second time. If it is not there check the spam folder on your email account (we're a smaller company and many of the mail providers do not recognize our email addresses). If it is not in your spam folder there, please give our office a call (1-800-556-4991) or email us at questions@televisioneducation.com and we will email you again, or fax you the final exam login and passwords if requested.
Q: What is my username and password?
A: Your username is the course/student I.D. located at the top of your course enrollment form. Both your username and password are emailed to you after you request your final exam.
Q: Do I need to take my final exam on the date that I receive the email with my login and password?
A: No, you have 1 year from your date of enrollment to take the final exam. You can take the final exam any time you want within that year.
